Pros
Good benefits after 90 days, you get bonuses if you bring it sales, overtime is required for managers,
Cons
Long exhausting hours, sales not always guaranteed so sometimes work days are slow, and upper management is hard to reach, sales assistants (assistant managers) get less bonuses than sales managers even though they typically do the same thing as sales managers
