Staff negativity. Lack of respect to new staff from colleagues

Old management really supportive, great service with wrap around supports for clients

New management who have unfortunately ruined the service for staff which has directly Impacted clients quality of service, not supportive at all, micromanagement and top down approach management style, leading to staff feeling unsupported and burnt out. No room for progression either
