Pros
If you are in desperate need of a job, and have a car with a decent driving record they will hire you!
Cons
I’ve never worked for a more unprofessional company in my life! They send you out into a job, without any planograms or communication of any kind. There’s zero pre-job meetings about the scope of the project. Like you may need an electrician, or the layout for this project is going to need adjustments. Everything is done on the fly and by the seat of your pants. Which can cause problems, drama, workplace injuries etc! Not to mention some of the co-workers were intoxicated or doing drugs prior to shifts or on their breaks. I saw so much craziness! The way they do everything in their power to reject expense reports is beyond comprehension! They also only pay .30 cents a mile, but they don’t pay mileage once you’re on a job site driving from hotel to project. Only hotel to hotel. This is an issue when RT driving to the work site can be 30-40 miles one way! I worked there 6 months before I received uniforms or the “company handbook” with all the rules and regulations and information of what to do in an emergency. There’s no real benefit for the employee to work here. The benefit that you’re gonna get is your paycheck there’s no health insurance there’s no PTO they say it’s part time permanent but they do not like to give you time off so they’re scamming you!
