      Pros

      Good initial comp, good benefits. Lots of good people who work there.

      Cons

      Comp increases are few and far between after you start. Company is growing fast. But it seems like bigger it gets, management wants to control more. Not the same company I started at. Much mor stressful.

Over the past several years, we are proud to have been able to give employees merit increases above the industry average and twice-yearly bonuses. We agree, Mercury is not the same company it was a few years ago and we understand rapid growth like ours can be challenging. With that said, we could not be happier because we have grown and added critical capabilities to our portfolio.       Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
