Pros
They invest in people through training, education opportunities, support in their career development, great healthcare benefits, and a fantastic recognition program that allows employees to recognize each other and redeem those points for great giftcards! They invest in office space to ensure employees traveling from one site to another are not confused by how the wifi, printers, or conference rooms work. Their technology platform allows hundreds of people to work from home. They have a responsive helpdesk system that keeps the IT team accountable and helps accommodate the needs of users. They are WELL equipped for emergency situations! Even before the pandemic, they had emergency notification systems, health regulations, and disaster recovery procedures in place that have all come into play. The CEO's response was weeks ahead of the government's and it has saved lives as no sites have been shutdown! They have also heavily invested in relief funds for employees and donations to healthcare professionals. It's a highly collaborative environment. Many of us enjoy what we do and it's fun to work with people who are just as passionate. Financially stable company, which I believe is a result of their people-first culture.
Cons
Honestly, there are no cons. They provide so much to each site and employee that it's beyond what we even thought to ask for. The only thing I can think of is that this is a great place for those who are really passionate about their work, so those that are lazy, or have a bad attitude, will stand out in a bad way.
