Cons
No structure at all. No formal way of training. Throw you into a project without any knowledge of how to carry out the task being requested and expect the world. Management is clueless and forever changing. In my short time there I have seen 5 ppl either fired or laid off and two different CFO and well as executives left. Company is constantly being bought out by others. This is definitely not a company to start a career with you wont last. Honestly I don't think the company will be around to much longer at the rate they are going. Good luck to those still there.
