As the title says, management does NOT care about their employees. Their processes, communication, and leadership is horrid and they don’t bother to take a look at themselves nor listen to their employees. Before POC was acquired, POC had a great process and management had proven to have great leadership and listened to their employees. Mercury fails to hold that same standard. Turnover is very high, and they don’t seem to care about retaining loyal employees. Mercury is also very dishonest. They promise so many great things, and fail to deliver on that part. They also laid off some employees last year when they promised to keep employees. Employees are also overworked and management just continues to waste their time instead of helping out their subordinates.
