Wasted time - Anonymous employee Mercy College Employee Review

Most faculty in the department phone it in, if they show at all. Many aren't qualified to teach, and the students and other faculty know it too. If you say anything though, be prepared to be blacklisted. Department is run by a bunch of old, self-important blowhards. Know very little about successfully running an educational department, seem most adept at patting themselves on the back for their 'successes' which consist of them talking about how successful they are. At what, I've yet to figure out.
