I cannot think of any cons at this stage

- WFH Flexibility - Good Salary - Some good, honest, hardworking team members

- Ultimately the Organisation is going backwards and its hard to see them being able to claw this back. - Too top heavy with management. - ZERO culture. Never worked at a place so unfriendly. - Its not what you know, its who you know / how close you are to certain management.
