Seeing many different conditions and treatment keeps things interesting. Working 3-12hr shifts. Not having to work every weekend/holiday.
Cons
The staffing is atrocious. Closing different units due to staffing and floating the displaced employees around the hospital. Upper management doesn’t care about employees. They pretend to be interested in staffing but actions show otherwise. Managers (some not all) verbally attack nurses and face no repercussions.
