Pros
-My supervisor was great to work under and truly cares about those under him. -Good coworkers -Meridian seems to be fast growing and was constantly expanding while I worked there. -Had fairly good continuing education payment and areas where they were willing to train staff
Cons
-Lower paying and no raise in the 18 months I was there (I received over a 10k raise when I moved on) - No one in my office has received a part raise in 7+ years -Upper management often seemed more concerned about the bottom line than employees or those we were serving... -Meeting expected productivity standard was often daunting and exceeding difficult to meet. -Required after-hours. It was 6-8 shifts a month, but supervisor has gotten it down to 3 shifts per month when I was leaving
