Privately owned company. Tight group of friendly management and coworkers, fun employee events, and a relaxed atmosphere. Small monthly bonuses are given. Great place to start as a new graduate and learn a lot about the logistics industry.
Cons
It is challenging keeping up with every request by customers, coworkers, and management. You can create your own raises by developing relationships with customers, but there is no time if you not hired as a Sales Manager.
