      Meridian provide everything you may need. They have an open door policy . I can say a perfect to work with if you are looking a WFH set permanently.

      They might need to start working on government mandated benefits.

      Pros

      We work remotely and stay at home. We feel safe as a team especially during this pandemic. The TeamMates feel they belong in this community of fun, loving and enjoyable people who are dedicated in creating a safe and fun remote workplace.

      Cons

      Since we work remote the perks of going outside is not met but still we spend more time with our family and we feel safe working from home.

      Internet connection and power interruption. You have to have a backup for it to continue working.
