Free meal in selected venues don’t have to worry about lunch Good team, good place to connect and network

Cons

Its hospitality people you have to deal with, general managers and managers with their egos and zero patience and non compliance Management isn’t the best and pay is bad with no chance of getting promoted

Pros

good discounts, managers that know how to manage and they were understanding. good co-workers and customers.

Cons

managers sometimes didn't listen to me wanting to change positions that they had gave me hope I'd get after being told to do bootcamps, trainings etc and then hiring someone with no experience for that same position. also had seen a manager at my venue ask an employee to pay for a mistake (customer's card declining and not paying) they made.
