Dentist onsite, free breakfast, 25 cent lunch, discount on makeup, some nice people to work with. 20 word minimum for pros and there are no more pros and that is the truth.
Cons
Most reviews are talking about a Merle Norman store that's owned by a Franchise owner. I'm talking about Corporate Office. Upper management and the owners don't care about anyone but themselves. HR treats you like you are in middle school. NO ONE has gotten a raise in over 4 years. If you are non exempt employee and are more than 5 minutes late the day before or the day after a holiday, you do NOT get holiday pay. HR has this attendance list that requires upper management of each department write down who is late, but the kicker is.. Even if you are exempt you are written down as being late. HR isn't very nice and they don't know much, you go in asking questions and they can't answer. There were a lot of people who got hired and left in the same year. People are dropping like flies.
