      Tough to actually move to higher position, off season you are desperate for work since you are not earning any money

      They're a fast growing company

      Cons

      They make SO many cuts when they take over a hotel and its a complete chaotic process. Also, with all of the cuts, I feel like they don't care about their employees at all.
