Good salary at mid management level, PE ventured company, good brand name in the taxi business,

Pathetic work culture, sector is not yet known as industry. Management does not know anything about this business so keeps on experimenting, still not able to figure out business model to run this business, Lot of intervention from PE even in the day to day operations. They feel that they know this business well than any other person.
