The leadership within this company is flawed. They work their cafe workers way too hard and almost never visit for any positive reasons. The leadership also is super confusing and no one is on the same page, leading to the baristas getting in trouble when executing tasks. Also there are almost no raises given unless you are one of the favorites and willing to work non-stop hours.
