Pros

Because there is limited support, Messer provides the opportunity to learn an immense amount in a short time as you tackle problems.

Cons

Expectations are unreasonable and there is not much in the way of work life balance. The organization lacks in diversity with nearly all upper level leadership being middle aged, white, and male. When it comes down to it, this organization is looking out for itself and only itself.
