Pros
The organization is growing and re-inventing itself each day and it is a very exciting time to be at Messer. Because we are smaller than our main competitors, I have more of a feeling that my work is making an impact, and I am seeing more opportunities for advancement as a result. The organization is growing and is maintaining a continuous improvement mindset. It is a slow but steady process, but we are on the right path.
Cons
New organization, so still some growing pains in terms of best practices, training, etc. I think the organization still has some silos in the way we operate but again I see plenty of good changes.
