Management is people that went to school to learn how to be managers with No truck driving experience. They won't listen to the drivers telling them what works best. Insane rules. Very easy to get fired. Cameras in trucks and you will be disciplined based on camera footage, for example taking a turn through an intersection and exceeding the speed limit by .08 mph...yep.
If you are hired as a Truck Driver then that's all you will ever be there. There is no chance to advance or climb the ladder because to them you are not human. People only work here because the pay is really good but because you are treated so poorly the morale is really bad.
