      Generally competitive pay scale and benefits. Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Has announced new management at most of the top management positions, now cutting costs (people). May work out in the long run, but pretty painful now

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
