Pros
Well respected company and the pay is competitive. The co-workers within each team and division work well together by supporting each other.
Cons
New hires are responsible for building their systems by ordering the various software systems needed to do their job. It can take up to six weeks to obtain a system at full capacity. I would have expected a company this size to provide a ready-to-go system at least within the first week.
