      Pros

      MetaTechnical is a Honest and Ethical company and always follow their core values. Provides valuable employee support. Great management team. Excellent rewards for the hard work and recognition among peers made me felt wonderful.

      Cons

      They are not the biggest company yet, however I see that changing over the next 5-10 years with the way they do things and how they treat their people.

      Pros

      I love working here, the people I work with a friendly, helpful and kind. I feel proud of the service that we provide and our technicians are incredibly knowledgeable.

      Cons

      No health benefits package, as of yet, but this is something I know management wants to offer.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Everyone is easy going, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you have questions or want to learn more about a certain subject, they'll have the answers. Flexible time off Music is usually good

      Cons

      There is little job training for a new employee. You're kind of just thrown in the mix and can be overwhelming at first.
