The people in the company see their employees as humans and treat them as such. Diverse corporation (and not like the kind that has a quota to fill) as well. PTO is easy to manage. Small company so you know who you work with and everyone is always willing to help.

Since it's a small company there is limited upward growth, although it is okay to ask for more responsibilities to improve your job position.

Overall good company, though small. Allows good work-life balance. Provides with medical insurance. Has a well defined hierarchy. The employees are in general friendly. Time off is easy to set up.

It is such a small company that promotions are rare. Salary increases do occur. Compensation is fair, though not stellar. The people in the company tend to be clique-ish and moody. There is always talk of the potential growth, though it rarely seems to materialize.
