High variety of projects that would get to work on, from companies to government branches. This also includes expanding your knowledge as projects may use various different languages. Nice office with adjustable tables, ergonomic chairs, good work equipment. The job can be done hybrid depending on preferences but does not have any specific requirements set. Great co-workers including the management. Rather relaxed is how I would describe it but the people you work with are professional and helpful. Flexible development environment, having full control over what operating system would use for the projects and the development software itself. Company events at occasions, which can happen prior to some national holidays for example. Food is typically given and it's a more relaxed time to interact with the fellow co-workers including the management.
Cons
There could probably be more variety on the computing side, if would prefer to develop under MacOS for instance, as there aren't that many macbooks.
