OK but improvement needed - Customer Success Manager Metaview Employee Review

The interview process was one of the best I've been through. Every person I spoke with was genuinely interested in getting to know me - not just checking boxes. The team was supportive, welcoming, and gave me a real sense of what working here would actually be like. My recruiter Will was fantastic - he made sure I felt prepared for each stage and shared valuable, specific feedback after every round. You could tell the team actually cares about the candidate experience.

The process has a few stages so it takes some time (around 3 weeks for me which is still faster than most other companies), but honestly each step felt purposeful and gave me a better understanding of the role and team.

- Unhealthy obsession with Salad Project - Pronouncing the Founders' names is a right of passage for any new joiner - We're currently 40 people + growing FAST (ARR and headcount) if velocity's not your thing Metaview's probably not right for you.
