Financially stable and responsible organization with a growth mindset. Caring, responsive, and respectful attitude throughout.

Because the organization is growing and expanding, processes must adapt to meet and exceed current conditions and expectations. Occasional frustration with learning new processes or identifying opportunities and methods to improve what exists. Great feedback culture and responsiveness. Really miss daily contact with amazing people after they retire. (The best people work here!)
