They pay less than the market average. That's why people you see there are mainly on a graduate visa or student visa. Unfortunately, they don't have much choice. Co-founders are the executive managers; I strongly discourage talents from joining this company if you have other offers. But if you still decide to go ahead with Metigy then consider asking the following questions in your interviews: 1) Why you didn't pay your staffs for 28 days in 2018? 2) Did you have a problem paying your staffs for four months in 2020? If yes, then what did you do to compensate that? They haven't done anything until now even though CEO and CTO promised a lot. 3) Have you paid superannuations to your staffs? If they say yes, then that's a lie, people still waiting for their superannuations after three years. 4) Is this true that staff were complaining about the company's culture in 2020 and 2021? Now that you have the answers to all the questions, you can make a better decision.
