Pros
One of the best things about working at Metova is the amount of autonomy you're given. You work directly with the client and set your own expectations rather than a manager assigning you work. All the people there are awesome and smart. Really smart. Lots of great opportunities to learn and be pushed to your full potential.
Cons
Historically Metova has been pretty good about dropping bad clients, but one large one in particular seems to have evaded the typical treatment. They constantly work against our efforts to produce good work, yet rather than either fix the disconnect or drop the client, they've signed additional contracts and extended existing ones. It looks like money talks louder than employee happiness in this one instance. This seems to be the one case that contradicts my first pro. Other projects do not have this problem.
