Company can, manage own working hours

Poor management that lie through the teeth from interview to several years service. High staff turn over meaning nothing is consistent. Toxic environment if you don't fit in with the click. Lack of training or support leads to frustration and disappointment for engineers and customer alike.

I have many stories about this place, some shockingly bad, some hilarious, (in a bad way) some just tragic. The bullying... the 'characters' .... the terrible and outrageous and appalling stuff that I witnessed in my short stay here. When I am retired (approx 2 years) I'm going to write a long blog about this awful place.
