If you are looking to grow your career in digital or marketing, this isn't the place for that. They lack confidence in their marketing team and also don't really seem to care, invest, or understand the impact marketing and social media has on a brand. They aren't very diverse, just look at who is at the top and in management positions and come to your own conclusion on that. They are family-owned but certainly don't showcase those values with the amount of cliques and gossiping that is done, including by HR. If you understand the game "telephone" that's how this company works-you are only given snippets of what's needed and expected of your team or department but there isn't a clear goal or unified strategy throughout the company. It's a shame how this company has dismissed the wonderful partnerships and collaborations that have been built over the years by their marketing team.
