Pros
Ownership really does care for the employees. I've seen it first hand where the owner will go out of his way to help the employees. In our industry, safety is a must and everyone up to the top of the food chain really does believe in safe operations.
Cons
Expectations are real. Managers expect you to do the job you were hired to do and do it well. If you don't, you will be called out for it.
