gem of a company in a difficult industry - IFR Pilot Metro Aviation Employee Review

Above average industry pay. Quality training for pilots and A&P's. I have never felt micro-managed in the field.....I do my job - management does theirs. Company continues to grow adding security and job location/opportunities. Equipment is well maintained. I have quality coworkers at my base which seems consistent as I talk with others. Company is in aviation business, focuses on and employs the same - EMS folks are supplied by others.
