Pros
Good company culture focused on quality and growth. Yearly salary increase with no top out (That I am aware of). Opportunities across the country. Above average communication quality with and emphasis on top down information distribution.
Cons
Hard to have your voice heard if at a lower level and actually see results. While I have excellent mid level management, I think that upper management is very hard to reach.
