Pros
Dynamic and very fast paced organisation that are very much for change, and genuinely believe in what they do. Expanding at a fast pace. Senior Management generally appear accessible and can often be seen wandering about on the main store staff floors. Exceptionally customer service driven and is what the business model is built solely upon, stores all very welcoming. Come across as very open and transparent.
Cons
Staff expected on occasion expected to resemble performing monkeys, the induction course is only the start of it. Try and brainwash you into living, eating and breathing the Metro culture which is often forced upon you, can be quite uncomfortable and 'over the top'. It's also a very 'American' culture which obviously feeds right down from the top and again can be uncomfortable at times, having a 'cult' feel to it. Store staff in the main have no banking experience and are customer service advisors basically, not helpful when a customer wants to ask technical questions. Store Managers again are all customer service agents with no authority at all.
