Pros
Overall I enjoyed my time and experience here. Work life balance and culture was pretty good. The people were great to work with. Although the grocery retail market maybe challenging, Metro has done a good job to keep up with the competition.
Cons
Advancement can be limited, but it's mostly due to the fact that they run a lean operation.
