We apologize for your negative experience with us. Dane Sterns is our President, therefore our HR department takes care of all payroll inquiries. We are an equal and fair employer therefore employees are protected by federal labor laws, where regardless of the circumstances within a company, employees do get paid. The way cashiers checks are cut, is only when funds are available. You may have experienced an issue if the check was post it's effective period. This seems to be a personal matter of feelings towards our owner and wish it could have been resolved more professionally.
