      Pay and benefits that is ALL ( my manager and my team)

      Where do I begin?? I have never encountered such a hostile environment. So much hate and pettiness from grown folks that are upset because they have not moved up in their positions. The older the more bitter they are it's so sad! They will monitor every move you make just so they can go run with it and hope to get you in trouble with upper mgmt... or they will taunt you to see if they can provoke you. Pure madness stay AWAYyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

      Collaborative and supportive work environment. Leadership is approachable and focused on improving member experience. Strong mission serving the community makes the work meaningful. Good work-life balance and helpful training resources. Opportunities to build skills and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

      Pros

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
