As in many organizations, there are areas of improvement. Some of which are realistic and others, based on the fact that we are a city organization, will be difficult to implement. One of the recurring things that needs to be reviewed is the work from home policy(or lack of one). With the ever changing landscape of the health care market, one is the ability and the flexibility to work remotely (at least on occasion)
Many employees stay due to the benefits, but we also need to consider a structure to maintain our assets with a different financial incentive program.
