In order to get the bonus You have to meet you quarterly goal
If you don’t meet your quotas in the first year you are terminated ( if your boss hates you) if your boss doesn’t suck they will set up an action plan.
You have to meet at least 85% of your goal to not get fired.
You have to meet 120% to receive your bonus.
In order to make the amount of numbers they are asking you gotta push OT everyday.
Once you stop pushing OT it can be a problem, you are left without a work/life balance.
We are forced to work two saturdays a month, sometimes 6 in a row so for a month and a half your killing yourself.
Even if you are unionized you can’t get representation in the first year if you are not meeting Quotas your out.
Most associates last three to six months.
