      Pay decent for a non-profit Most of the staff are nice/friendly Lots of training and development opportunities

      Cons

      Poor leadership that doesn't listen to staff concerns for the most part Some people are allowed to work from home sometimes and others aren't HR manager behaves very unprofessional Reward for good work is more work

      I had a great volunteering experience with them, everything was easy to understand and my peers helped me throughout the volunteering process

      Cons

      Sometimes during busy periods, the clients can become disorganized and slightly hard to deal with but it is absolutely no issue
