My benefits were solid if I opted to pay for the buy up plans and participate in the wellness programs. Some of the management does truly believe in the "Pillars" and does abide by the values.
Cons
Micromanagement ran rampant PTO policy was less than satisfactory Low pay compared to roles in my field High stress/low reward in some depts Not enough training/guidance
