Pros

Flexibility, hybrid or remote work

Cons

It's a struggle to not be angry every day here. The ineptitude, the overwork of key players, the dismissal of voices below a certain title threshold, the poor communication, the promised but never realized opportunities, the nepotism, the sexism, the racism, the advancement of idiots, the self congratulatory offering of Grant Circle that just showcases how devastatingly low the pay is. Did you not connect the dots that your employees are on the verge of homelessness and could maybe benefit from a living wage?

Pros

The culture established at Metronet really resonates with me. Nearly every employee performs their jobs with an ownership mindset. The leadership team for our division does a remarkable job of establishing vision and setting the tone for the department. Pros

Decent base salary to start.

Cons

The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
