      The folks in my shop were okay

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. From on-call to their constant rotation of shifts. They will use you and abuse you as much as they can.

      Great people to work with, great products to sell. I get all the support I need in my department. I hope I can retire here some day.

      Some departments appear to have leadership challenges, thankfully not mine.
