      Pros

      401k, PTO , Benefits, and hours are absolutely great. The pay is fair as well. As long as you do your job and even exceed those expectations, good things will come to you. MetroNet is very big on promoting within, and offering great opportunities.

      Great people to work with, great products to sell. I get all the support I need in my department. I hope I can retire here some day.

      Some departments appear to have leadership challenges, thankfully not mine.
