I am a new employee with MetroNet. One of the biggest pros that stood out right away for me was the people. MetroNet is growing at a rapid rate but they still have that small company feel/environment...meaning that they care about their employees and about their customers. They definitely seem to want to make their employees happy and show care for their opinion, experience, and tenure. Honestly, this is much harder to find than most people may think.
