      Everyone cares about the company's success and the company's people. Manager's are advocates for their employees.

      Cons

      Fast paced can lead to burn out. Pay and benefits are pretty good, not great.

      Great people to work with, great products to sell. I get all the support I need in my department. I hope I can retire here some day.
