      Due to growth, the company does not have processes to support the rapid growth and also lacks accountability for those that still think of "old MetroNet" way. It is growing into a large company and needs to operate as such.

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
