Great company - Store Manager Metropark Employee Review

Metropark was a great concept/retailer that is well missed by many

Caught up in the crash of the early aughts, movies have been made about the economic conditions that contributed to the end of this retailer

The pay is decent and you don't do too much work, unless it's a Friday or Saturday and the Mall of America is packed. You stand in the store and wait for customers to walk in so you can convince them to buy what they don't need and meet your sales quota.

The management does a poor job of motivating their workers and give you a slap on the hand if you don't meet your sales quota for the month as well as a write-up and threat to cut you if it happens again.
